Quora was initially created as a community driven Q & A website. Upvotes were given to the the best of the lot, ones which would make you think, laugh I can almost put up with the “where is the best place to buy bitcoin” trash that appears sporadically, I can just down vote or report for spam as required and it goes away. But I have a massive bugbear at moment with a spammer who’s spamming a stupid spammy religious website. They’re asking the same dumb*ss questions and adding ridiculous topics to try to drive traffic to an awful evangelical website. The answer to “when” is pretty uncertain for me. I have been on Quora for over four years, but only started seriously writing somewhere around mid 2016 (so about 2 years now). Which means that for more than half of my time on Quora I was a silent reader. Like the most of them.
